Bed and breakfast in Florence

The rooms are decorated to create a warm atmosphere and a friendly atmosphere. They are all furnished with every comfort, in order to meet the needs of our guests and to make you spend a pleasant stay in the cradle of the Rinascimento.

 

They all have private bathrooms and are equipped with linen and toiletries.

 

All rooms are equipped with:

- Air conditioning / heating
- TV
- hairdryer
- FREE wireless

 

Each room is named after the most beautiful flowers of our gardens:orchidea, papavero, tulipano, giglio, rosa and iris.

 

 

Check-in: from 8.00 am to 8.00 p.m.
Check-out: from 8.00 am to 11.00 a.m.

 

Please ALWAYS communicate your arrival time.

 

The PAYMENT ON ARRIVAL.
In case of early departure will be refunded ONLY the tourist tax, the nights must be paid.

 

Breakfast is served from 8:15 am to 10:15 am, you can take the buffet in the dining room and enjoy it in the comfort of your room. In the buffet is only included a hot drink per person. All products are made as to regulations, we can give and not preparing food.

 

The cleaning of the room is daily.
After 11:30 am is not guaranteed cleanliness of the room.

 

The linen (sheets and towels) are changed every 3 nights or daily fee.

 

In the rooms not  is allowed SMOKING, cooking and ironing. For those who smoke have some rooms with balcony.

 

Nelle camere non e' permesso FUMARE,cucinare e stirare. Per chi fuma disponiamo di alcune camere con balcone.

 

Cancellation Policy: within 5 days from the date of arrival without any penalty.

 

 

Rates

The price for a double room from Euro 40,00 to Euro 140,00 (from Euro 20.00 to Euro 70.00 per PERSON). Prices vary depending on the season.
